- Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,
Let this blest assurance control,
That Christ has regarded my helpless estate,
And hath shed His own blood for my soul. - My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole,
Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!

Just FYI
They do not need to send payment and there’s no commitment. But this is an opportunity for them to see how committed we area to securing their right to homeschool and to do so successfully.
This offer for a free membership is short. The opportunity to sign up extends only through April 30! So please don’t delay in forwarding this offer to them. Of course, we will give them an opportunity to renew for continued benefits after this trial membership period is over.
We remain willing and able to protect the legal right to homeschool. We also know that homeschooling can be challenging. That’s why we’re able to help with both legal and practical homeschooling needs.
Please accept my invitation to forward this email on to your friends and give them an opportunity to “test drive” HSLDA.
Click here to go to the on-line application form.
They also send email alerts and updates to those who aren't members. I find them to be super helpful. You can sign up by going to their homepage.

Stone Mountain, Testing M's Gear and Snow in the South
Before we left for MD, we drove a friend to the airport. Since we were in Atlanta we decided to see Stone Mountain. Much of the activities there were closed, but we did get to see the carving and we saw them making snow. That is how they do snow here-they make it themselves. Normally, that is...little did we all know that three days after we watched the snow making in Atlanta, we all woke up to snow! It was crazy! We actually had a snow man in our front yard!
